"Having been in the insurance industry for several years now, I have had to attend many, many insurance training schools along with several licensing courses and I must say that without a doubt in my mind, the folks at US Staffing stand head and shoulders above any other school I have ever attended. The professionalism, the passion, and the caring for the students who attend US Staffing is without question, is of the highest quality I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend that if any one who is contemplating attending the US Staffing training school, to just go ahead and do so; (P T T- as Mr. Hamilton would say - you will learn what that means when you arrive), you will not be disappointed. When you attend you will find yourself feeling like you are part of the family and that you can not wait to attend your next class. I had a great time and would do it all over again without any hesitation. In fact if US Staffing decided to expand their course curriculum into other areas of insurance, I will make sure that I am there to take the classes. My favorite part of the training was centered in the quality of the character of the instructors. At US Staffing, Character Does Matter, and they truly live up to that ideal in hiring their instructors and in their support staff. Go Ahead, make the decision, and go to US Staffing, you will not be disappointed."

"I wanted to start by thanking you for a rewarding Auto/RV Class. It was wonderful to see your teaching excitement. I am very excited as well to be on the US Staffing team. It appears that US Staffing is growing and opportunities are making themselves available. I look forward to the opportunity to be deployed."

"Hi Y'all, I met with the auto adjuster and body shop owner this morning on my Honda claim. I prepared my own estimate and printed it out. When I showed it to them this morning, they fell over! I had the estimate to the part with the exception of the wheel opening molding. I missed that one piece. I was right on with the rest of it. It was great!! I wish you could have seen the look on their faces. I don't know what they expected but it was not what they saw. I did ask the shop owner to save the wheel opening molding so I could see what it looks like. Raymond, you know me, I am so visual. Needless to say, I can't contain my excitement so I wanted to send a note. You are right on with your auto training and I provided that for you this morning. I told Mark (my husband) that the $500 deductible was well worth the hands on training and confidence boost I got this morning. He was ok with that as long as I don't go out and start crashing our cars and truck. Will keep you posted on my adventures from here."

"19 months ago I sat in a classroom. I paid money to sit in this classroom. I was surrounded by 15 or 16 people that I had never seen in my life. I was a little nervous, but there for a reason. The instructor entered the room and silence filled the air. The instructor to the best of my knowledge broke the ice with some little funny comment. Then after a few minutes started talking about the world of adjusting. I distinctly remember him saying 1/2 of you will never pursue the field after you leave this class, One of you might not finish this class. Out of the 7 or 8 of you left, when and if you get a call you will not go. That leaves 3 or 4 of you. Half of you will leave after the first day or two from pressure alone. That leaves 2 of you. One of you will leave after the first week. So what you were saying was right, One left. And that one is me, just like the day you said it 19 months ago. I knew then as I know now, I would be the only one out of that class to survive. And this is just a hail storm, not anything compared to the hurricanes and tornadoes you have worked. The pressure is on, everybody is watching, and you KNOW your under the microscope but if you were trained RIGHT, you have nothing to worry about but doing your job and doing it right. Well here I am 19 months later, trained, working and a little nervous, just as I was the day I entered your class. Just wanted to let you know that you did your job. Now watch me do mine! Just a little note to let you know how I feel about it all Raymond. I would also like to thank Jim & Gail Hitt and Glenn and Cherri Dickenson, for teaching a very difficult program, that turns out not to be so difficult after all, if you were trained right. I personally want to thank the entire Education Dept. at US Staffing because without them,I wouldn't be where I am today, Scaling 12 to 12 roofs that are some of the absolute worst in the entire United States according to our State Farm Team Leader. Thanks again staff, and especially you, Mr Donaldson."

"I am an Auto Claims Training Supervisor with State Farm Insurance Company and serve as the Texas Zone Licensing Coordinator. Each year a survey is completed on outside vendors who provide the All Lines License class and exam for claims adjusters.
It has been my pleasure to work with Raymond Donaldson and Doug Jacobsen prior to their affiliation with US Staffing. They were considered subject matter experts in regards to the Texas policy and the State license exam. Upon their employment with US Staffing, they were surveyed and proved to be the leader in offering this class to all of our employees needing licensing in Texas.
Since utilizing US Staffing, we have had a 100% first time pass ratio with a 100% favorable response survey following attendance at the school. The students report the learning environment with Doug and Raymond is better than they have ever seen and many report it is the best class they have ever taken. The survey is given to both Auto and Fire claims adjusters completing the course.
Our claims adjusters report not only learning what was required to pass the exam, but how to apply it in their daily claim handling. The class is upbeat, relaxed, and interactive with participation from the class contributing largely to the success of the course.
I would highly recommend US Staffing along with Doug and Raymond for any of your needs. We have been extremely pleased with their service, communication and willingness to work with us. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions or concerns."

"The State Farm Catastrophe Services licensing initiative was introduced in November 2007. State Farm partnered with Raymond Donaldson, US Staffing Adjusting Services an approved provider by the Texas Department of Insurance to instruct dedicated training for catastrophe services employees and administer the license exam.
This program is very successful with 175 catastrophe employees and 100% pass results with all receiving a Texas All Lines Adjusters License. US Staffing Adjusting Services instructors, Raymond Donaldson, and Douglas Jacobsen are very well received in each class, and demonstrate extensive knowledge and skill in claim handling. Their experience brings credibility, respect and historical dimension to the learning environment.
The US Staffing Adjusting Services team is professional, prompt to respond to unforeseen training situations, and add a great deal of flexibility to this program that is scheduled through end of December 2008.
We appreciate the dedication delivered by US Staffing Adjusting Services for this program."

"I'm not sure exactly what I expected the school to be like, but it definitely exceeded my expectation. I almost felt bad that I had to leave."
Jesse: 02/07/2008

"I got in to the classes because a friend's mom said that it was great money, but now I feel like it's something I have to do. Almost that it's something bigger than me, and the money is inconsequential. I know this doesn't amount to a hull of beans in the real world, but I thought I'd share it anyway and say thanks for the excellent instruction. It really did leave a mark."
Jesse: 02/06/2008

The class was presented very well. Douglas and Raymond did a phenomenal job communicating the topics we needed to comprehend for the licensing exam. They avoided the cliches that can be attached to insurance related education and I would highly recommend the, for continued use by Catastrophe Services.

"I wanted to thank all of you for a great learning experience there. Most of us paid for it ourselves, so we really appreciate the time and effort that you guys have put into producing a good, solid program. I value the knowledge I got there for the ways it will better equip me for life and not just for the license that will come as a result of the training."

"I truly appreciate all the knowledge that you gave me in the 3 courses I had the privilege of attending with your school in the past weeks. Although it is a mountain of information to learn in such a short time I am pleased to say that with your instructors as my guide I was able to reach the summit and was impressed with the view of the future from there."
Bruce: 09/06/2007

"I learned a lot of valuable information that will help me in my business as well as give me an advantage in the field of adjusting. I aopreciate your patience. I was so impressed with the whole school and the professionalism yet relaxed atmosphere that was presented. All of the instructors and staff were great. In my opinion anyone can be proud to align themselves with US Staffing. My experience couldn't have been better."

“The instructors were extremely well versed in this industry and they certainly knew how to convey the important and relevant information needed to perform the duties of the insurance adjuster. I could not have imagined going out in to the field, even with my twenty years of construction and trouble shooting experience, without attending your class.”

“I have taken a lot of real estate classes, continuing ed, computer, and software classes at the local colleges, tech schools, and real estate boards taught by professional educators. Your class was by far the very best.”

“The only bad thing I have to say is when I left I felt like I was leaving family. I enjoyed all the instructors and staff. I have been to many trade school classes, seminars, college, workshops, etc. through my years as an Insurance Broker. Everywhere else I felt just another body in class, but at US Staffing I felt like I was actually part of a business, almost like I was a V.P.”

Dear Mr. Hamilton,
I want to thank you and your wonderful staff for an absolutely fantastic experience here at the US Staffing Training Center in Irving, TX. My classmates and I have completed "Surviving the Storm" Adjusting 101 and Xactimate I, and will be returning tomorrow morning for Xactimate II. My experience here has so exceeded my expectations that I didn't want to wait until I got home to express my appreciation to you and the US Staffing team.

Let me start with Lisa Gallagher. Lisa's extreme professionalism, industry knowledge and friendliness immediately set US Staffing apart from the dozens of competing schools available throughout Texas as well as my home state of Florida. And believe me, I called them all! I chose US Staffing based solely on my experience with Lisa, at considerably greater expense in terms of travel and accommodations. I am now completely confident that the training I am receiving here is infinitely superior to the 'training' offered by any other school in the CAT industry. Lisa, I'm in your debt!

Next, Jim Branch and Allen Gentry in "Surviving the Storm" Adjusting 101. Wow... what a wealth of experience and talent, and what an awesome class. These two pros were able to take a classroom full of clueless newbies and, in a few short days, teach us everything we need to know to survive the first storm. Thanks, Jim and Allen... for equipping us, not just to 'survive', but to be effective, efficient and compassionate CAT adjusters. Jim, you will always be my 'Sarcasm Master'... I'm still waiting for you to explain how to replace one pane of glass in a dual paned window. ;) Allen, you are a true Southern gentleman and gifted teacher. With all my heart, thanks to both of you for sharing your experience and your time.

Xactimate I... I don't have the words to express my gratitude to, and my admiration of, both Cheri Dickson and Brian Wreyford. You couldn't ask for two better instructors for this course than Cheri and Brian. They took the impossible and made it simple and seamless. Teaching this course must have been a monumental undertaking... with around 15 students, Cheri and Brian had to contend with 15 different levels of computer proficiency (or lack thereof, in many cases) and 15 different temperamental laptops. Cheri's organized and concise instruction made what could have been a very challenging course, simple and easy to learn . Brian was always right there helping each individual student during the class, so that one student's questions didn't hold up the entire class, and no one fell behind. Many of the students lacked even the most basic computer skills, which, without both Cheri and Brian in the classroom, would have caused total chaos. Cheri and Brian were both incredibly patient and compassionate with each student, and made sure that no one was left behind. Cheri and Brian... I don't have the words. From the bottom of my heart, bless you and thank you both.

Huge kudos to Mr. Hamilton and to the Director of Education, Raymond Donaldson, for having the wisdom and insight to equip our classes, especially Xactimate I and II, with two instructors. There is no possible way that one instructor could effectively teach Xactimate. Mr. Hamilton and Mr. Donaldson, I know that equipping those classes with two instructors comes at a substantial cost. Thank you for your integrity and your commitment to excellence.

Mr. Hamilton, thank you for sharing your family and your life's work...(And Tex!) I am blessed to have been part of it, even for so brief a time. I don't want to go home!

Most of all, thanksgiving and praise to my incredible and loving Heavenly Father, who is good to me all the time! Thank you for my new US Staffing family, and for making all this possible.

God bless you,
Amy McConchie
