About the Role
In this role you would be manage the sale of HARMAN Strategic Enterprise Business products/solutions for the US region. Responsibilities include driving tools and solutions sales, coordinating and delivering competitive selling material to the field. The role also requires assessment of the customer opportunity space and competitive positioning for key solutions, while working closely with product development and service delivery teams to ensure competitive product offerings are available. You must be capable of providing product and sales leadership to the account sales teams and to the business units.
What You Will Do
You will serve as the primary sales contact for HARMAN’s Strategic Business Unit towards our largest customer, supporting the field team and driving strategic product/solution initiatives
Own and Lead Regional Sales Business in working with one of the most strategic customers/partners of HARMAN

This person is expected to take control of business development and sales for the complete region
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
8+ years of experience in product and services sales
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to deliver sales quotas
Excellent leadership skills
Experience setting sales goals
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
Forecast Sales Pipeline and Deal Closure through tools like SFDC
What is Nice to Have
Experience working with vertical solutions including but not limited to Telecommunications, Healthcare and Industrial
Experience in Technical Solution Sales
Experience in responding to large RFP/RFQs and collaborating internally to craft winning pitch and proposal defense
Experience collaborating with Solution/Pre-Sales, delivery teams, and competency centers to ensure customer delight
What Makes You Eligible
Be willing to travel up to 25%, domestic and international travel.
Position is based in Dallas or New Jersey region, so candidates need to be based locally.
Prior experience in Sales or Account management role in the Software industry.
Proven sales expertise, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding the Sales Quota
Successfully completion of a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
