Job Overview:
The Certified Salesforce Administrator/Developer will collaborate with internal and external developers to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions and the related Apps, as well as future changes and customizations.
Job Description:
· Reviews current business needs and processes and creates system design recommendations documents
· Builds customization per system design – Can include Apex, Visualforce, process builder flows, custom formula fields, etc.
· Ensures that new customization is tested before rollout
· Ensures that work performed is well organized and documented
· Carefully makes mass updates/changes to company data
· Supports and Consults with Developer team regarding business needs and system functionality
· Performs quality tests of the website from a customer stand point whenever changes are made
· Develops and maintains SOPs for the business processes created in or around Salesforce implementation
· Create Reports and Dashboards based on employee responsibilities
· Identifies on-going issues and designs future system projects to address them after launch
· Provides ongoing Salesforce support and training to employees
Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administration experience – specifically around:
- Visualforce Page development experience, 2+ years experience
- Pardot, marketing cloud experience, 2+ years experience
- API / 3rd party app integration
- Logic Broker, Amazon Seller, and Google Shopping knowledge a plus
- General Automation – email templates and automated communications, field updates, calculations/formula fields
- Flow knowledge – both workflow and process builder
- General Technical:
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Technical documentation – both for system change management and end-user knowledge articles
- Proficient at developing and coding using Apex and Java Script
- Reporting and analytics experience: Including Einstein, Tableau, SAS, etc.
- Team / Interpersonal Skills:
- Able to work with a positive attitude in a fast-paced and culturally diverse environment
- Able to manage multi-channel communication streams
- Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
- Follow-up with both internal and external clients during troubleshooting phase and when work is complete
- Self-starter who is highly motivated and resourceful, but also comes with a demonstrated ability to take direction and follow through with assigned tasks
- Team centric – we are all on the same team and work to support each other, no matter which department we report through
- Degree in Computer Science or related STEM-based field, or equivalent work experience – Salesforce Certification preferred: Developer and/or Admin
