Responsible for building high-performance and reliable web server applications and all components of the
company software used by customer support agents. This includes improving the overall experience for
the customer by creating new features and functionalities for the company software using Python and
mobile applications, managing our infrastructure to handle the traffic generated by our customers using
different applications, and writing highly reliable messaging pipeline enabling our customers to receive
and send messages via our helpdesk on several communication channels. Design and implement the
customer facing REST API. Implement the company’s application programming interface used both by
product and b2b customers. Write and code application that handle data and automation. Write and code
a Flask/Celery application with clear APIs that can manage data syncing and webhook delivery.
Job Requirements: Must possess a Masters Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering,
Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered
or related. Must also possess 1 year of experience with (i) object-oriented languages such as Python,
Typescript; (v) message broker software such as Rabbit MQ and Google Cloud Pub/Sub; (vi) web
administration working with HTTPS; (vii) PostgreSQL and Redis databases; and (viii) Cluster and
container management including Kubernetes clusters and Docker.
