The Junior Full Stack Developer role is to co-design, build, test & implement software solutions. You’ll be involved and collaborate in projects which require effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. We are looking for an individual who think outside the box, is passionate about innovation, challenges the status quo, has high energy levels and a great sense of humor. You’ll be part of a highly dynamic, high achieving team.
This position is located in Dallas, Texas.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop code in agile sprints
- Work with globally distributed team members
- Focused on ultimately supporting the needs of patients, i.e. IT’s customers’ customers
- Contribute and collaborate with agile team constantly experimenting with new tools and solutions
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Willing to travel occasionally if required
- Able to work autonomously and with minimal direct supervision
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 1+ years experience building software solutions using Python
- Front-end development experience using React.js
- Experience with GraphQL frameworks such as Apollo or Relay
- Experience with build tools such as Docker
- Experience in building applications with SQL as well as building stored procedures
- Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining automation tests like cypress, jest or pyunit
- Able to mentor other team members, lead and own ideas & initiatives
- A positive mindset – collaborative and can-do attitude
- Agile Development Experience
- Experience and Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure and automating infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD deployment tools and processes
- Experience deploying and managing container clusters
- C# development experience
- Solid understanding of database design and management
