Intrado is seeking Lead Generation Marketing Manager for our rapidly growing Customer Experience (CX) AI business group. We deliver unbelievable CX outcomes with expert orchestration using Intelligent Virtual Agent and digital messaging in our modern cloud native Google platform.

Basic Function

Responsible for managing and executing strategies for lead generation campaigns and plans for utilizing a demand philosophy, including re-contracting and repackaging opportunities. Will also create, design, implement and manage new campaigns and manage successful implementation of new campaigns and programs which may utilize e-mail, pay-per-click, search engine optimization, social media, etc. ensuring they align with corporate best practices and image

Major Job Accountabilities

Lead Generation Functions – Manage and execute strategies for lead generation campaigns and plans for utilizing a demand philosophy, including re-contracting, and repackaging opportunities while adhering to established corporate and departmental policies and procedures, and best practices

  • Design and develop metric programs including reporting metric and mechanics for progress
  • Communicate to departments (e.g., sales team, marketing, management, etc.) in order to provide information and individual campaign success feedback as they relate to lead generation activities
  • Continually identify opportunities for improvement in marketing activities as they relate to lead generation campaigns to include campaign strategies, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media presence, digital reputation management and overall lead generation opportunities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to increase prospect’s understanding of current products and services as well as new products and services as they are released.
  • Monitor campaigns on a weekly basis for any performance concerns, bringing the problems to resolution in a timely manner and escalating issues outside employees’ control to management
  • Create, design, execute, implement and manage lead nurturing campaigns (e.g., customized individual campaigns, targeted group campaigns, etc.) to continue to develop lead opportunities for sales team
  • Coordinate with internal contacts (e.g., sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure respective team members have knowledge and awareness of campaigns
  • Use Marketing Automation tools to execute and manage campaigns effectively
  • Use and manage customer database (e.g., SalesForce.com (SFDC), etc.) when appropriate to manage and report on campaign effectiveness; ensure compliance with customer relationship management (CRM) policies
  • Create, design, implement and manage new campaigns and manage successful implementation of new campaigns and programs which may utilize e-mail, pay-per-click, search engine optimization, social media, etc. ensuring they align with corporate best practices and image
  • Ensure that the leads being provided to internal resources (e.g., sales, etc.) are identified as qualified through basic lead qualification methods
  • Continually keep up to date on business unit products, services, technologies, etc. in order to provide quality campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal contacts (e.g., content team, marketing team, etc.) to ensure that marketing materials are appropriate for the target audience
  • Develop, manage, and report on appropriate analytics and reporting (e.g., Return on Investment (ROI), leads, conversions etc.)
  • Identify potential leads that need to be incubated, and ensure timely and relevant correspondence is sent to the prospect leading up to the time they are ready to make a buying decision

Problem Resolution – Proactively oversee the activities involved in quality resolution of problems related to area of responsibility

  • Respond with a sense of urgency to problems escalated to employee’s level
  • Escalate to supervisor any situation outside the employee’s control that could adversely impact the services being provided
  • Place the highest priority on providing quality service by ensuring the unique needs of internal/external customers are met
  • Ensure quality resolution and thorough and accurate documentation of issues
  • Provide analysis and feedback to management staff and appropriate departments regarding recurring problems, recommending improvements aimed at reducing future occurrences of problems
  • Participate in creating, administering, and continuously updating procedures for resolution of all related issues

Team Interface/Customer Service – Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members and department contacts

  • Cooperate with team members to meet goals or complete tasks
  • Provide quality customer service that exceeds customer expectations and improves level of service being provided
  • Treat all internal/external customers, team members and department contacts with dignity/respect
  • Escalate to supervisor any situation outside the employee’s control that could adversely impact the services being provided

Qualifications

Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in marketing business administration, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in lead generation or marketing in a business-to-business or business-to-consumer environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using contract management systems or customer relationship management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IVA/IVR
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO, digital marketing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HubSpot
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management
