Your Career

As a Palo Alto Networks Marketing Operations Analyst supporting the Global Prisma Cloud Marketing organization, you will inform key business decisions and drive towards operational excellence through analytical insights. You have a highly flexible skillset, thinking strategically as well as operationally to execute on projects end-to-end. This role is a critical member of the Prisma Cloud Marketing Operations team and holds responsibility for driving operational excellence across the theaters including performance tracking, measurement, reporting, modeling and financial impact analysis.

Your Impact​​​

Facilitate the strategy, design, execution and operations of Prisma Cloud’s lead management processes and systems, marketing automation systems, marketing databases, and reporting/analytics.

Actively monitor, analyze and report on the health of marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition, and campaign activity and results.

Administer the marketing budget and ensure marketing costs are tracked correctly. Review the financial impact at global level

Ability to collaborate and align in a matrixed organization. Partner with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Marketing Analytics to define ‘metrics that matter’ and manage the process to package these measurements into dashboards and reports to measure performance of the marketing team.

Provide the Marketing leadership team with ongoing analysis for marketing investments, pipeline impact and goal setting.

Strong familiarity and experience with Salesforce , SQL, Einstein Database, Tableau. Salesforce knowledge must be strong and include back-end experience.

Significant Excel skills.

Able to provide strategic insights into marketing campaigns, conversion rates, marketing attribution, and other metrics.

Collaborate with the marketing theater leaders and GTM operations teams and leverage data to inform, develop, and iterate on marketing strategy.

Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring and tracking purposes

Provide input and help develop marketing measurement models

Qualifications

Your Experience

Minimum of 5 years previous experience as a business analyst, business, sales or marketing operations

Strong analytical chops and ability to problem-solve and understand key drivers of pipeline and revenue

Strong business acumen to provide insights that will help improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency. Ability to mine large data sets using sophisticated analytical techniques to generate insights and inform business decisions.

Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, building a business case, translating analytic results into usable learnings and actions.

Solid working experience with tools such as SFDC, Marketo & Tableau

Strong communicator with ability to articulate, present and debate recommendations with all levels of management in sales and marketing.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Exhibit good knowledge of business operations and ability to multiple-task.
