Your Impact:

Handshake is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager on the Employer Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the team with all day-to-day ops requests – email execution, list uploads, setting up tracking for all things lead gen, Marketing systems data validation/troubleshooting, etc. You’ll be working closely with demand gen, field, content, sales operations, sales development and other functions. In this role you will ensure our go-to-market systems are running in real time and our data is squeaky clean. You’ll be responsible for the overall implementation and execution of our marketing automation system (Marketo. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in marketing automation and demand generation who is technical, organized, results driven, has strong attention to detail and has a passion for digital applications.

Your Role:

  • Support and execute an integrated mix of email, digital, lead-nurturing and content marketing campaigns for lead generation
  • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, deployment and continuous optimization
  • Maintain Marketo integrations with current platforms and tools (SFDC, Zoom, Splash, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and assistance with onboarding of additional integrations
  • Tackle various data integrity issues, sync errors, and overall systems troubleshooting
  • Build out basic reporting framework and provide updates on campaign performance
  • You’ll work with these technologies (and more!):

  • Looker – analytics platform (basic familiarity)

Your Experience:

  • 3+ years marketing automation experience in Marketo (MCE strongly preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Ability to troubleshoot systems and integrations to ensure data is flowing correctly
  • Knowledge of lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead and campaign management in SFDC and other internal processes to ensure marketing information is centralized and updated
  • Setting up track within our systems to provide visibility on campaign and channel performance
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance reports to the marketing team; enable marketing team to create their own reports
