Job description: Python Developer
The Challenge:
Work with a team of experts in cybersecurity operations and engineering to develop Python applications in an AWS cloud environment. Leverage standard cloud methodologies, including serverless and containerization to support efficiency and scalability. Document and maintain a knowledge base with accurate and relevant procedures and details. Debug and interpret an evolving codebase. Integrate with internal and external APIs to build interconnectivity between applications. We focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers, so you’ll have resources to mentor and learn new skills and tools. This position requires minimal travel. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
You Have:
- Experience with container technologies
- Experience with writing and interacting with APIs
- Experience with Python
- Experience with cloud technologies
- BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or similar field
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and GitHub preferred
- Experience with CloudFormation
- Experience with Security Orchestration and Automation (SOAR) platforms
- Experience with AWS services
- Experience with Terraform
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation:
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $75,000 to $80,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
