Job description: Signature Systems is looking for a Salesforce Analyst to manage the existing implementation of (SFDC) and work with strategic users and stakeholders to optimize and expand platform usage. This person will serve as the “go to” for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more. The Analyst will be responsible for holistically evaluating the system and recommending ways to streamline and improve usage. Additionally, the Analyst will perform systematic updates, develop and monitor data cleanliness standards, and ensure system modifications are properly documented. The Anayst will also manage the organization’s Tableau implementation and will create reports and dashboards as needed.


Perform an overall system assessment and provide a system improvement plan with specific actionable tasks to improve usability, feature adoption, and system processes.

Manage, implement, and document configuration requests including, but not limited to, workflows, process builders, flows, custom objects/fields, lightning page layouts, duplicate rules, Visualforce pages, and mobile.

Work with implementation partners and lead Salesforce CPQ implementation

Manage SFDC integrations and relationships with third party platforms and vendors (ERP, HubSpot, VOIP phone system, eSignature, credit check, credit card processor)

Responsible for managing data visualizations in Tableau and creating new reports/dashboards as needed.

Lead a system cleanup effort that includes duplicate management, legacy fields, field standardization and validation, workflows, list views, reports, dashboards

Lead a continuous and robust training initiative on SFDC processes, best practices, new feature releases, and mobile application usage

Rigorously document system modifications (pre-existing and new)

Responsible for performing data updates and imports at the request of stakeholders

Assess permission setup and recommend/implement changes as needed


5+ years Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a variety of environments

In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through custom code (Apex) usage, integration with external systems, or AppExchange products

Salesforce CPQ experience strongly preferred

Strong knowledge/user of visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.), SQL and data hierarchies

Proven history of successful SFDC administration resulting in measurable growth

Strong analytical mindset with proven history of identifying and solving business problems

Strong communicator that “bridges the gap” between the technical and business users

Strong organization skills and attention to detail

HubSpot and Alteryx integration experience a plus

Experience planning and implementing a data warehouse is a plus
