What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is seeking Salesforce Developers to join our team in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions spanning cloud, mobile and enterprise web solutions for the US Navy. You will be delivering complex cloud-based solutions using Salesforce, MuleSoft and J2EE. You would ‘own’ the architecture and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development). You will lead a team with skills in all stages of the software development life cycle. You will be reviewing design elements and signing off on the overall technical design and ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business. You will be ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored. You, and your team, would identify and confirm technical design risks, and develop mitigating approaches.
Serve as a eveloper for the enterprise Salesforce environment
Work with Salesforce Data Loader for data updates
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
More About this Role:
CACI is the prime contractor for the MyNavyHR Transformation program, a large-scale integration and development transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP, SaaS solutions, CRM, mobile solutions, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of over 50 legacy systems to ERP and SaaS solutions will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our Navy Sailors and their families.
You’ll bring these qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in a Salesforce Team leadership role
At least 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
At least 4 years’ experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall software development methods
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of advanced complexity
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Strong data management abilities
A documented history of successfully driving complex, team-based projects to completion
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
17 Salesforce Developer and Architect Certifications
A DoD 8570 security Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level 2 certifications i.e. CompTia Security+ and/or ISC(2) CISSP or comparable
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
Active Secret Clearance (or a Secret or higher clearance expired less than one year)
These qualifications would be nice to have:
Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Experience with nonprofit (Government) processes
SFDC or other CRM architecture experience
Knowledge of US Navy Learning and Sailor Education and/or experience working with Naval education systems

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $79,000-$161,900. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
