Job description: Striim recently closed a $50M Series C led by Goldman Sachs and is looking for a Marketecture lead supporting our growth for 2022 and beyond. This will be a highly impactful role responsible for alignment, development, execution and utilization of our Marketecture platforms. They will also be responsible for the development and delivery of sales enablement tools, programs, and processes.


  • Implement and develop solutions that best leverage salesforce and the full marketing tech stack to support the Go To Market Team (Marketing & Sales)
  • Simplify, enhance, and modernize existing features.
  • Implement new and existing technologies into Salesforce as the system of record.
  • Experience with Hubspot or other Marketing Platform
  • Participate in technical design discussions, develop technical solution documentation that is aligned to changing business objectives.
  • Develop, test, and document custom development/configuration and data migration elements of a implementation.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other configuration tasks.
  • Independently analyze application and system problems and incidents; develop processes to ensure high data quality; evolve marketecture system to constantly improve UI/UX
  • Develop and maintain Marketecture use and training material
  • Analyze and maintain salesforce security, in terms of ensuring Profiles, Permission Sets, sharing rules and security levels.
  • Provide support to end users to resolve any salesforce related issues.
  • Seek out opportunities to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace


  • Strong communications skills and drive to be embedded in Sales and Marketing team.
  • Bachelors Degree Technical/IT or Business
  • Strong hands-on experience of Salesforce customizations and integrations
  • Strong hands-on experience with surrounding marketing systems
  • Ideal candidate will have 5-15 years developing in a sales related IT role
  • Should have minimum 1-2 years’ experience on Salesforce development or advanced administration
  • Good team player
  • This role will require occasional travel and in-person meetings.
