Primacy is seeking a versatile, highly-motivated Salesforce Developer with an emphasis on Marketing Cloud. As a contributor to our Salesforce Partnership growth, you are a Certified Salesforce Professional with the ability to support clients using Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. With a passion for tackling data challenges, you will be the developer responsible for technically implementing strategic marketing and sales processes. Help us create new solutions, improve existing processes and solve problems innovatively. Supporting clients across a range of industries, you will need to be a strong communicator and work with marketers, front-end html developers and the account team to ensure client success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Technical development with Salesforce Clouds (Marketing (priority), Sales, Service, Health and Education).
  • Detailed knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) architecture and experience of implementing/supporting SFMC including;
  • Implementing and migrating SFMC instances
  • Creating data extensions
  • Managing the flow of data into and out of SFMC (especially into Sales Cloud)
  • Writing SQL queries
  • Writing AMPscript
  • Creating and maintaining automations and journeys
  • Managing SFMC data, settings and roles
  • Implementing and maintaining Marketing Cloud Connector and other Marketing Cloud APIs
  • Help advance our product roadmap by building AppExchange Apps.
  • Develop customized solutions, integrations and data migration elements within the Salesforce platform to support critical business.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that bring Salesforce platform and products to fruition for the agency and our clients.
  • Provide estimates and work breakdowns structures for work you’re leading
  • Keep abreast and adept in new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions.
  • Technical support of other Marketing Automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc., as necessary

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

  • Minimum 3+ years Salesforce technical development experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience w/Journey Builder, AmpScript, SSJS and SQL
  • Hands-on experience w/ Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Javascript
  • Experience building AppExchange Apps preferred
  • Experience with ETL integrations preferred
  • Other Marketing Automation platform experience a plus
  • Certifications Required:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
