Product team is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Functional Architect who will support our fast growing Service & Sales team. This position will partner with Sales and Service Operations teams to elicit business requirements and collaborate with multiple technology teams to drive solutions to scale the functionality in our Salesforce platform so that our Sales & Service team can focus on what they do best – selling & support! This position requires an experienced self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude who will take full ownership and accountability of tasks/ projects from initiation to closing.

Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Sales & Service Business Analyst
  • 2+ years of experience as a functional architect
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Experience working & managing Agile projects.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and can translate business requirements and engage directly with business stakeholders
  • Extensive experience analyzing, designing, configuring and supporting Salesforce Service implementations
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & SFDC Lightning framework.Experience with Salesforce Opportunity management, CPQ, Service contracts, Subscriptions and entitlements
  • Experience with salesforce price rules, product rules, live agent/ web chat and omni channel
  • Experience with SFDC data management tools, SOQL queries, Microsoft Excel, JIRA, Visual Diagrams, and Google Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce workflow rules, validation rules, process builder.
  • Experience with CRM migration from Zendesk to Salesforce Service cloud
  • Should have a Business-first approach to building systems and applications. You care about the business impact of your technical work
  • Experience/ Knowledge of implementing Einstein/ Chat bots, customer 360 for service cloud
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce Service cloud with external Knowledge base systems like Contentful
  • Experience with implementing customer success tools like Gainsight,
  • Experience with 3rd party applications like MaestroQA, JRNI, Groove would be a great plus

Competencies (Attributes needed to be successful in this role):

  • Provide thought-leadership and serve as the techno functional expert to facilitate discovery, requirements gathering sessions with Sales & Service organization and Operations stakeholders to document detailed functional, technical, data, and reporting requirements
  • Contribute on building the roadmap for digital transformation, customer 360, partner portal integration
  • Identify gaps between business needs and standard Salesforce CRM application functionality for Sales & Service cloud
  • Develop and maintain functional design documents related to system architecture for Sales & Service
  • Maintain a holistic view of all business system processes and users, to understand functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting
  • Develop strong relationships across the organization, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor in all processes related to Sales & Service.
  • Participate in technical design sessions with product and technical managers; participate in backlog grooming sessions to help groom user stories
  • Participate in all the Agile ceremonies for the successful completion of the sprint
  • Write detailed acceptance criteria in the form of Behavior Driven Development scenarios for User Stories
  • Facilitate requirements and solution review sessions with business teams, functional owners and end-users to ensure alignment and avoid surprises
  • Lead, validate software quality and conformance to specifications, business requirements through unit-functional testing, and Identify the root cause of defects and develop fixes in the system
  • Work with the Salesforce team to perform preview testing and review results with the business team to make sure there is no impact on the current implementation
  • Support, analyze, and resolve critical production application issues as required
  • Identify opportunities to improve Sales & Service business processes leveraging the
